helpful staff comfortable bed fresh breakfast smooth process
the staff WAS helpful. they quickly addressed my requests. the beds were comfortable. breakfast offered fresh items. i especially liked unlimited tea and toast. the location IS convenient. it is close to several central attractions and the winter gardens. this made exploring easy. the check-in process was smooth. parking was available nearby at a reasonable price.
the bathrooms are a little small.

friendly staff clean room comfy bed good variety
The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was actually surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms.. and the comfy beds. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, a great start to the day. The bar had a good range of drinks also.
I noticed a slight smell of drains in the bathroom on one occasion.

central location friendly staff unclean washbasin shower quality
i appreciate the location it was central to the shops and the arcades. staff were friendly i am grateful for their hard work.
the shower did not look nice enough to use i found this disappointing. the wash basin wasn't clean this was also a negative point.

the staff provided extra pillows quickly. they arrived in just three minutes. i mentioned dietary needs, and the staff offered recommendations and directions. everything i needed was available inside the rooms. the beds felt quite lovely.
my room had a carpet. that carpet was dirty. there was an imprint on the carpet from an iron.

The staff were really kind. They helped me with my luggage. the lifts were definitely a plus. I didn't have to climb stairs. the location was quite convenient. It was near the beach front.
