the staff WAS helpful. they quickly addressed my requests. the beds were comfortable. breakfast offered fresh items. i especially liked unlimited tea and toast. the location IS convenient. it is close to several central attractions and the winter gardens. this made exploring easy. the check-in process was smooth. parking was available nearby at a reasonable price.
the bathrooms are a little small.

The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was actually surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms.. and the comfy beds. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, a great start to the day. The bar had a good range of drinks also.
I noticed a slight smell of drains in the bathroom on one occasion.

i appreciate the location it was central to the shops and the arcades. staff were friendly i am grateful for their hard work.
the shower did not look nice enough to use i found this disappointing. the wash basin wasn't clean this was also a negative point.

the room was not clean. the shower needed a proper cleaning as the trap was dirty. also, the bottom of the shower door was dirty and showed signs of neglect.
